Pacific Voices Shaping Global Climate Science

An engaging panel discussion exploring how Pacific climate experts are shaping the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC) next cycle of global assessment reports. The session will bring together Pacific contributors to the IPCC, IPCC leadership, and representatives from SPREP, the Australian Government and CSIRO.Attendees will gain insights into the importance of strengthening Pacific representation in global climate science, the critical role of the IPCC in informing climate policy and decision-making, and how regional partnerships have helped address barriers to participation.
