About this session
Discover how Pacific biodiversity can drive effective and equitable climate action. This Talanoa-style side event will bring together Pacific leaders, communities, Indigenous Peoples, youth, technical experts and finance partners to showcase locally led solutions across ocean, coastal and island ecosystems. Participants will explore how conservation, restoration and sustainable ocean management can strengthen climate resilience, livelihoods and food security, while identifying practical policy, financing and partnership priorities to advance through the COP31 Pacific Partnership and towards CBD COP17.
