Entry visas for the Republic of Fiji
Should you require an entry visa for the Republic of Fiji, the Government of the Republic of Fiji is facilitating a designated visa process for participants accredited to the Pre-COP31 Stakeholder Program.

Please include your letter of registration, together with a colour copy of the biodata page of your passport and all supporting documentation, when lodging your visa application.
Please quote “Pre-COP31 – Green Zone Participant”, together with your registration reference in this letter in your visa application, to assist Fiji Immigration officials in identifying and tracking your application.

The issuance of a visa, and the granting of entry to Fiji, remain at all times the decision of the Department of Immigration of the Government of the Republic of Fiji. This letter is issued in support of your application; it does not constitute a visa, an entry permit, or a guarantee that a visa will be granted, and it does not commit the Government of the Republic of Fiji to meeting any cost associated with your travel, accommodation or stay.

Participants who are nationals of countries exempt from Fiji visa requirements do not need to lodge a visa application, but are advised to carry this letter with them for presentation to immigration officials on arrival.
