Pacific scaling of solar by innovative finance

Remote communities and businesses across the Pacific remain dependent on diesel for electricity. With the rapidly falling prices of solar and storage (batteries), the solutions are available. There is a need to provide these solutions at scale and in affordable ways. This can be done through innovative financing.
