This facilitated discussion will test emerging recommendations from the Policy Brief: Delivering Adaptation Finance Locally: Barriers, Opportunities, and Pathways Forward with Pacific partners, technical experts and finance institutions. The session would provide a practical forum to refine messages on direct access, adaptation finance delivery, nature-based solutions, market integrity, community governance and implementation pathways ahead of finalisation for COP31.
