Yarning for Resilient: Amplifying solutions for Non-Economic Loss and Damage in Oceania (YES-NELD)

"NELD is real, multidimensional and relational, and yet it stays largely invisible to formal loss-and-damage accounting and to the finance architecture meant to respond to it. Underrecognition has a measurable consequence, which is under-financing. We will share case studies, key messages including new frameworks to capture NELD and recommendations from the NELD Whitepaper produced through the Yarning for Resilient (YES) Project.
